- Height of about ½ the area is 8m, the second ½ of 5.5 m
- Galvanized construction with polyurethane sheath, polycarbonate skylights on the roof
- Reportedly one wall of hall is without sheathing, because the common use of the hall was originally a brick wall of a neighboring building (partly seen in the photo)
