• problems with logging in commonly arise because:
| - entering of incorrect login information (a bad user name or password) |
| - if the login information was entered incorrectly in terms of lower case or capital letters compared to the original information provided during registration |
| - if the login name or password contains an unauthorized symbol (diacritics, commas, periods ... ) |
| - if another user is already using the login name or password |

| • a user can find login information in the e-mails confirming registration to the E-WOOD.BIZ portal |
| • if you have further questions or technical problems, contact us and we will advice and help you |

| • an exact formulation of login data (name and password) can be found in e-mails which the user obtained after registration or after payment of the registration fee |
