STOPPING ACCESS TO SERVICES
PASSIVE STATUS
1 year of using of prepaid services
2 weeks before the expiry of prepaid services
on the day of expiration of the prepaid services

• all prepaid services are valid for a period of 365 days from the day of payment
• two weeks prior to the end of the prepaid period, the system automatically generates a notice on the expiration of registration and sends an e-mail to the user along with a proforma invoice
• if by the day of expiration of registration, the portal staff have not received payment for further prepaid services, the system will automatically generate another notice
• at the same time, the stoppage of all services (passive status) follows, so long as the registration fee is not paid

Important notice :
