Bulk business correspondence • through bulk business correspondence the user is able to address a large number of selected groups of companies with just a few clicks • the user selects a circle of recipients for an e-mail message, enters the text of the messgae and the portal then sends the message automatically • the user, however, is introduced in the heading of the e-mail message (the sender of the message, the return address for a reply and the like ... ) so that all replies are sent directly to the user • the E-WOOD.BIZ portal sends bulk e-mail messages once a day and therefore a message is not immediately sent upon submission Important notices : • do not use any diacritics (accents, palatization marks, etc ...) in the text! • in messages to recipients outside of Czech Republic and Slovakia it is essential to use the English language • before entering advertisements it is necessary to log in to the DREVARI system • the total number of messages submitted which it is possible to publish during the period of prepaid service depends on the user program • the service provider sends a message only after it has been approved and reserves the right to refuse to send a message • recipients of bulk message have agreed upon registration with their participation in this service PROCEDURE FOR SENDING A MESSAGE On the user account page (MY ACCOUNT) click the button " ADD A NEW ADVERTISEMENT" • indicate the selected location of the message recipients • in messages for recipients outside of the Czech Republic and Slovakia it is compulsory to use the English language • check selected groups of users based on their activities • enter the Subject of the message - do not use diacritics (accents, palatalization marks ...)! • enter the complete text of the message in the Text section - do not use diacritics (accents, palatalization marks ...)! • if necessary you may add an attachment - max. 500 kB in size
