Activation and use of an e-mail inbox

ACTIVATION OF AN E-MAIL INBOX

• the DREVARI portal offers the possibility of creating a personal e-mail inbox in the form of "companyname@e-wood.biz"

• this service is provided complementary only to clients with the classic and premium user programs

• if your company does not have e-mail, during registration enter an e-mail address in the form of "companyname@e-wood.biz" (for example, wood@e-wood.biz) to the E-mail field

• an e-mail box is possible to activate after logging in the MY ACCOUNT section by clicking the "ACTIVATE AN INBOX" button

• the creation of an inbox after activation may take a few moments

TECHNICAL PARAMETERS AND INBOX SETTINGS
Mailbox size :	15 MB
Server type :	mail server POP
POP3 server :	mail.drevari.sk
SMTP server :	smtp.drevari.sk
User name :	same as that for logging in, if not set otherwise
Password :	same as that for logging in, if not set otherwise
Access through WEBMAIL :	www.e-wood.biz/webmail

UTILIZATION OF AN E-MAIL INBOX

• access to an e-mail inbox is possible in 3 different ways

• 1st method - access through MY ACCOUNT after logging in to the E-WOOD.BIZ system (see the image below)

• 2nd method - access through WEBMAIL, which users can find at www.e-wood.biz/webmail (see the image below)

• 3rd method - POP3 access through an e-mail client (Outlook Express, Mozilla Thunderbird ... ) - WE RECOMMEND THIS METHOD

• POP3 settings are depicted in the table above

Important notices :

• the capacity of the inbox is not very large (15 MB), therefore it is essential to track the status of the quota and delete large or unwanted messages and to then "empty the waste basket"

• if the mailbox exceeds the size limit, it will no longer be possible to receive additional messages as long as no space is available

• every e-mail client (Outlook Express, Mozilla Thunderbird ... ) allows in its settings to indicate whether or not to keep a copy of a message on the server once it is downloaded to your e-mail client

• in case of problems with e-mail client settings, contact your Internet service provider (ISP)

• during registration enter in the E-mail field an e-mail address in the form of "companyname@e-wood.biz"

Activation of an inbox from the user account page

• after logging in, press the"ACTIVATE AN INBOX" button in the MY ACCOUNT section

Access to an e-mail inbox from the user account page

• after logging in, press the"OPEN MAILBOX" button in the MY ACCOUNT section

Access to an e-mail inbox through WEBMAIL

• after entering the web address www.e-wood.biz/webmail enter your login information
